This service requires signature upon reception. In case you are not at home, the mailman will leave a note and the package can be picked up from the local post office. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. We are updating shipping status once weekly, with the update you will receive an email notification and further info on the shipment. Note that we are not shipping out on weekends or public holidays. There will be no indication on the content, sent from non-corporate address, packed VERY discreet. We guarantee arrival for all our shipments worldwide.

Your order will be reshipped, with no additional cost, in case you did not receive it within 20 business days, counted from our shipping confirmation email. Any missing/wrong products will be corrected/replaced for you, with no additional cost.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final, since cards are processed in realtime. However, we allow a 24 hours cancellation period, starting from the hour of purchase. Please understand that we cannot refund or cancel your purchase after this period has passed.
